Confidential
Parkeray in partnership with the client’s professional team of PT Projects, DSSR & PENSON delivered a contemporary space across four floors, comprising a stylish reception area, open plan office space, meeting rooms, and breakout facilities including ground floor restaurant with external space.
The large bespoke joinery package included coffee bars, seating units and corporate brand walls. A purpose made kitchen and servery were installed to the ground floor restaurant which incorporates an external seating area.
All associated modifications to mechanical installations, lighting and power distribution, together with specialist services installations were carried out. We designed and manufactured a feature staircase which was fitted through new openings created in the base build slabs, inclusive of new balustrades to the surrounds in keeping with the architect’s aesthetical design.

From a design point of view, we have ensured that we have delivered the best that we possibly can. A budget and programme that was sometimes challenging meant the team had to work very close to us as a client, and it worked out refreshing well, no obstacle has been too great and what they have continually done throughout this project and even post-delivery, is ensure that our requirements were followed to the letter.
