Metal Box

We carried out this Cat B fit out of two floors within the Metal Box Factory on behalf of Workspace Group.

We transformed approximately 25,000 sq ft on the ground and first floor into stylish office, studio and co-working space. A staircase between the two floors was removed and we also refreshed the existing ground floor toilets, kitchen, meeting room and phone booths.

On the first floor, new office units were formed along with the creation of a new kitchenette, meeting room, phone booths and toilet facilities. New power and data were installed in each office unit as well as lighting, Wi-Fi containment, mechanical ventilation and ceiling mounted air conditioning units. The project also included the refurbishment and replacement of the building’s existing windows.
