Adrian has always had an interest in his role beyond just numbers. He enjoys interacting with people and has worked with many businesses of all shapes and sizes. That said, he’s at his happiest counting beans, although it’s fair to say he’s not a Bean Counter!

Over the last few years, Adrian has developed a passion for cycling and along with three Parkeray colleagues has taken part in Cycle to MIPIM in 2015 and 2017, a 1500km ride from London to Cannes for children’s charity CORAM, alongside other industry sportives and events, including the Prudential Ride 100. This has further developed into competing in the odd Duathlon or two, time will surely tell if he manages to keep up the pace!!

Lesley joined Parkeray in summer 2014 and brought her wonderful laugh, quirky sense of humour and boundlessly creative ideas to the marketing team.

Her passion for all things marketing started when she was about 7 and at Heathrow, off to visit relatives in Barbados: she became fascinated with the airline’s marketing material and later wrote to other airlines requesting they send her theirs! Our trainee scheme came highly recommended to Thomas through a family member in the industry. The more he learnt, the more he realised it was the right choice for career for him to pursue. Currently studying his Construction Site Supervisor Apprenticeship, he is enjoying the variation of working and studying at the same time.

Hardworking and friendly Thomas enjoys meeting new people and interacting with all members of the project team on site. He is looking forward to taking on new, exciting challenges and seeing the diversity that you get to experience on each different scheme.

When he’s not working Thomas likes to go to the gym to keep fit. He also follows MMA, boxing and football and if there is any spare time after that will catch up with friends, going to festivals and raves.

As Head of Creative Design, Toby overseas every aspect of design to our business and ensures, our marcomm’s are beautifully on brand.

A countryman at heart, Toby left Hunstanton – a quiet seaside town in Norfolk at the age of 18 to study for his degree in Visual Communication at the University of Central England before settling in London.

Toby has a strong creative background working on some well know print brands. Toby has also acquired a wealth of design experience as a freelancer, working on high-profile marketing campaigns within the advertising sector. In his previous role, Toby worked as a multimedia designer for Kanter Media Custom for two years. His work included producing the infographics for the 2014 UEFA Champions League – a dream project for an avid football fan and Tottenham Hotspurs supporter!

In between spending time with his young family, Toby also enjoys squeezing in the odd days fishing and now with his son coming of age, being ‘one with the mountain’, skiing not boarding of course!

Vince’s career in construction began after leaving school. He trained as a gas engineer and later set up his own building company, which kick-started his experience working on construction sites.

With 22 years experience on the tools as a dry liner under his belt, Vince worked his way up from site manager to contracts manager and eventually found himself working for a main fit out contractor for three years as a project manager. In his time there, he completed a £2.6m fit out, which resulted in the company’s first ever SKA Gold rating – an achievement he is especially proud of.

Family life keeps Vince busy. However, he enjoys live music and loves going to concerts as much as he can. Watching motorsports is another one of his favourite past times – any type will do, particularly Formula 1 and Moto GP (motorbikes).

Vince enjoys seeing a project through to completion and the client with the end product. He describes himself as a nightmare to work with “I’m always right! And I tend to think I can do the job better than anyone else, so I’m never satisfied”. It’s an approach that works and keeps the client happy. Thankfully, Vince isn’t as bad to work with as he thinks!

Bishak started working with Parkeray back in 2002 as a self employed labourer. In 2005, through his work ethic and commitment we decided we should bring him on board full time. He now works as a site foreman and strong number two, mainly to Alan West, Jon Pye and Gerry Gilbert.

Bishak runs the day to day logistics, environmental and safety management extremely well and in doing so has received plaudits from all comers. His commitment has earned him our first elite ‘outstanding achievement award’ for his contribution to the successful operation of our site in the Commonwealth Building of ICL’s busy Hammersmith campus.

Some of the initiatives that Bishak has instigated are extremely creative such as the introduction of the “Bishhook” and no loading red zones both of which deal really well with some of the old perennials we often have to deal with on site such as trailing cables, damage to existing finishes and congested circulation routes.

Bishak came over from Gdansk in 2002 and in his words has ‘been lucky to come to Parkeray’. A long way from his childhood dream of becoming a footballer! He was pretty good, perhaps not quite good enough to be a pro but certainly held together the Parkeray 5 a-side team who only drew one game…….. and lost all the others!!!

Out of work, when not spending time with his wife and two sons, he loves tinkering on his computer, he studied IT basic C++ programming before leaving Poland.
