4,000 sq ft remodelling of ground floor reception and classrooms on the first floor to provide new student social space.

Continuing our relationship with Kingston University, our LITE team created a new, modern student social hub. On the ground floor, we removed student desks and opened the space to create a large, stylish, welcoming reception. On the first floor, we transformed two existing classrooms into a new flexible social space to promote collaborative working.

The scope of works included modifications to the existing services installations, new doors, bespoke glazed partitions, various floor finishes and decorations. We delivered this scheme to a programme of six weeks under strict working conditions during Covid. The result is a vibrant communal space for all students to enjoy.
