High-quality Cat B refurbishment to create new office space with meeting rooms

We created a high-quality contemporary office with open plan space and meeting rooms which required adaptions to the installation of the existing services to suit the new layout including electrical installations, sprinkler modifications and data cabling.

The project incorporated new meeting rooms formed from full height glass partitioning with manifestations, a new tea point and breakout area with new kitchen units, and many bespoke joinery items. We also created an inviting collaboration working space and installed booth seating to enhance the working environment.
