Our LITE team completed this elegant refurbishment project to the reception area, lower ground and basement floors of 140 Leadenhall Street.

On the ground floor, we installed a new bespoke reception desk, tenant directory board, tea point, feature lighting and decorated the space throughout. We also gave the existing marble floors and walls a cleaned made any necessary repairs.

To the lower floors, we updated the existing plant and distribution board, installed new LED & feature lighting, carried out modifications and additions to the existing power and mechanical installations. The existing WC facilities were fitted out to very high standards and new showers were also installed. To complete the refurbishment, we installed new bike racks and lockers within the existing vaults and refreshed the finishes to the ceilings, walls and floor on the lower levels.
