Stunning 8,600 sq ft refurbishment project for architectural and design practice Conran and Partners

The project involved revamping the basement and ground floor to create a modern and contemporary studio. The ground floor boasts a reception area and lounge with a new steel spiral staircase which we constructed without a central pole. We created fluted glass partitions with sliding doors and timber slatted ceilings featuring integrated services within the ceiling details.

On the lower ground floor, we created meeting rooms and an open workspace for collaborative working with a sample library area, tea point and other unique features.
