Working in tandem with Minifie Architects and Hilson Moran to ensure the clients’ vision became a reality we created this fresh new Cat A plus space ready for flexible leasing

We installed new crittal glazed partitions, new ceilings including bespoke eggcrate feature and joinery items such as bookcase, tea point and acoustic phone booth. We also formed an opening between the main floor and the mezzanine level and linked the two spaces together with a new staircase.

To fulfil the environmental requirements, we utilised mainly sustainable products including the furniture including desking, soft seating areas and booths and installed a new cooling system and lighting which are more energy efficient.
