Fit out of flexible workspace at Charles House on behalf of the Crown Estate 

This stunning, new 4,627 sq ft Cat B space is the ideal setting for agile working with a central tea point and adjoining reception area, along with open plan and hot desking spaces, with touchdown points and meeting rooms.

M&E works included developing a new ceiling design to provide easy access to the service installations above. By value engineering the design, several solutions were costed and presented to the client which met the required design aesthetic without impacting the programme.

The team overcame logistical challenges due to working in a live building to create a stunning, flexible environment all can be proud of.
