Parkeray have delivered a six-storey CAT A to CAT B fit-out at Holbein Gardens as part of the client’s serviced office offering. Early engagement on materials and finishes ensured sustainability requirements were met without compromising the intended aesthetic or programme.

• Expansion of level 1 spatial offering with a new mezzanine structure within the rejuvenated reception atrium
