Our team delivered a fast-track Cat B fit-out across three floors to expand Publicis’ existing office. The accelerated 9-week programme required much of the design to be developed on-site, with close coordination and rapid decision-making across all teams. Working in an occupied building within a residential area added further challenges, requiring careful scheduling to comply with strict working hours and minimise disruption.

Delivery Highlights

Early engagement with the client’s facilities management allowed seamless integration of specialist trades including IT, AV, and coffee/ZIP tap suppliers. Bespoke solutions were streamlined to maintain quality and programme speed, and site access was facilitated to give the tenant early sight of the space. This approach ensured we met the tight timescales without compromising standards, creating a functional, high-quality collaborative environment ready for immediate use.
