Railepen

We transformed the 2,000 sq ft ground floor reception at Railpen into a more welcoming, hospitality-led environment. The project involved selective strip-out, new partitions, upgraded finishes, and feature lighting, alongside access-controlled entrance screens and speed gates to enhance security. A new accessible WC was also installed, integrated with coordinated tiling, fittings, and ironmongery.

Delivery Highlights

The project required careful sequencing to minimise disruption to tenants on upper floors. We coordinated closely with Suttonca Architects and all suppliers to ensure each finish and fixture was installed correctly, including lighting, joinery, and security systems. The result is a polished, cohesive reception area that balances operational functionality with a warm, inviting aesthetic, setting a strong first impression for visitors.
