Schroders | Craven House

Strip out and Cat A fit out of 8 floors and reception of this 1905 building in Kingsway. The works included the removal of structural spine walls and the introduction of a structural steel frame to carry the load of the building.

The creation of new toilets and floor spaces by the structural steel and concrete infills floors over 5 floors with a steel framed mansard roof. External louvred roof plant enclosure and new VRF condensers and automatic opening smoke vent.

New lift installation, electrical infrastructure, drainage and boosted cold water installation. New raised floors, drylined walls and ceilings, floor standing fan coil units, new lighting and completely new toilets. External stone cleaning, new glazed entrance screens, roof repairs, new statutory services.
