The project consisted of the Cat A refurbishment of 6th and 10th office floors and main reception extension, with external hard landscaping. The reception was fully reconfigured and extended with a glazed side extension and front illuminated canopy. The perimeter glazing was resprayed and new bomb film was installed.

Both floors were fitted out to cat A standard with new raised floors and ceilings to maximise height on the floors. On the office floors, the services work included a new 3 pipe fan coil system, ventilation and new lighting scheme. We also carried out refurbishments to the lift lobbies and the WC facilities.
