The project involved reverting five floors of Cat B office space back to Cat A and included the overhaul of existing services and structural modifications.

A variety of M&E installations were incorporated throughout and five existing lifts and welfare facilities refreshed.

Structural modifications comprised infilling two slab openings, due to the removal of a redundant staircase between the ground and second floors and the installation of a new external plant deck.

Bespoke to the project was the provision of reception space with a contemporary lighting scheme to the atrium, as well as the construction of a new lower ground floor cycle storage, shower/WC, and changing facility.

This scheme was carried out with the associated challenges of logistics and noise containment, while working in an occupied building.
