The Office Group | Gridiron Building
The Office Group acquired three floors within the iconic Gridiron Building and engaged our team to provide the fit out of high-end serviced office accommodation.
Our team constructed a mixture of individual offices, meeting rooms and conference suites across three levels, with each space varying in size and design.
Partition systems were installed throughout to enable The Office Group to provide flexible office solutions to prospective tenants and future proof the space. A large kitchen/breakout area was also created on each floor.
Individually woven leather-wrapped columns provide a stunning feature on each floor and were created internally to replicate the building’s 396 cast iron exterior pillar supports.
The fit out features a number of high-end fittings, finishes and decorations and included an extensive joinery package.
