Our 3,000 sq ft, Cat B refurbishment at Bush House involved constructing new workspace and breakout areas on the fifth floor on a Design & Build basis.

All rooms and offices were decorated throughout to create a bright and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. Cellular offices feature glazed fronts and timber veneered doors, supported by small power and data.

The fully equipped boardroom includes new carpet, furniture, AV and a plasterboard ceiling, fitted with downlighters and centrally suspended lighting. Glazing extends the full length of the room allowing ample daylight.

Breakout space was provided to the office floor including a new tea point, a central island unit and banquet seating. A new comms room with a new DX system (fed from a new condenser upon the roof) was constructed to support the IT department.

This project was completed to a programme of 10 weeks.
