In this epic, action-packed movie, Parkeray’s professional fit out agents Vince Bevan, Gerry Gilbert and team partner architects, KKS Strategy and project managers, Spring 4 in the fast-track fit out of three floors within the skyscraper, The Scalpel.
Tasked with constructing a high-profile headquarters for insurance company Axis Capital amidst the hustle and bustle of London’s financial district, the team have just 28 weeks to complete the 45,000 sq ft fit out to an extremely high spec, including the complex installation of a special feature staircase.
The clock is ticking in this explosive week by week countdown to handover. Will the team crack under immense pressure, or rise to the challenge the ‘Parkeray Way’ and fulfil the comprehensive scope of works before time runs out?
