75,000sq ft Design and build fit out to create flexible multi-tenancy office space for Storey a leading provider of working environments.

Continuing our association with British Land/Storey, we completed another successful project of two floors of flexible workspace, meeting room facilities and breakout space. The bespoke joinery installations included tea point, stone island units, phone booths, fabric wall panelling and portal doors.

Together with our specialist subcontractors we designed a demountable partitioning system supported by carefully designed services installation to ensure maximum flexibility for incoming tenants. New services included full low-level small power installation and fan coil units providing heating and cooling. All new lighting to the flexible workspace and breakout space and feature lighting to the meeting rooms. Bespoke lighting and power distribution, mechanical ventilation and air conditioning to each floor.
