5,000 sq ft Cat A fit out to one floor to provide bright and vibrant space ready-to-market.

Parkeray LITE took occupation of the space from shell and core to deliver the Cat A fit out of Level 15. Our works comprised the installation of new M&E services including new air conditioning and ventilation systems and new SAS and plasterboard ceilings, which incorporated modular and feature lighting. Modifications were also made to the existing sprinkler and fire alarm systems and a new raised access floor constructed. The space benefits from new decorations throughout and the refurbishment of the existing WC’s to a high standard.

The 10-week programme of works took place during the Covid-19 pandemic, with additional health and safety procedures put in place to ensure the safety of all occupants within the building.
