We completed this 8,700 sq ft Cat B fit out to create an inspiring new work environment

The project includes open plan office space with CEO and ‘hot’ offices, quiet booths, and breakout areas for collaborative working. The meeting rooms were created with Shoreditch style glazed partitions and feature ceiling.  Bespoke features include an open slatted ceiling, encaustic flooring, and a variety of bespoke joinery items.

A new reception/arrival area was created with a unique logo wall and open mesh ceiling. The open plan office space provides workstations that support agile and collaborative working, with additional booth seating areas, business lounge space, breakout areas and staff kitchen.  This project was completed during the Covid-19 pandemic with an on-site construction period of 9 weeks.
