80,000 sq ft Cat B fit out to provide serviced office space and coworking areas for TOG

Our team worked closely with architects Universal Design Studio to bring the design to life where, spanning nine floors we created a high-end workspace including coworking space, meeting rooms, café, a library, focus booths, a fitness suite, and roof terraces.  The ground floor features a unique glass reinforced gypsum curved feature ceiling.

With a high content of bespoke joinery including tea points, entrance portals, solid Ash doors and frames, and ash veneer cladding. We set up a workshop on site and all doors and frames were made on site. A full M&E installation including new fan coil units, sprinklers, fire alarm, AV, security, and lighting was installed.
