Creating ready-to-let office spaces across three floors

This project focused on fitting out three floors and common areas, including staircases, basement levels, and the reception, to create modern, ready-to-let office spaces. Key tasks included delivering Cat A and Cat A+ fit outs across the levels, which featured meeting rooms, breakout areas, and tea points. Additionally, we upgraded the existing reception area on the ground floor, ensuring that the space remained operational through sequenced works.

The team successfully addressed challenges related to the 3700mm ceiling heights to implement the joinery and furniture installations while maintaining the scheme’s design integrity across all floors.
