Abbey Gardens

40,000 sq ft Cat A & B fit out across three floors at Abbey Gardens in Reading for Palm Capital.

Our works included three floors of Cat A works, which comprised replacing ceilings, alterations to services to suit the new layout including power and lighting. The Cat B elements saw our team construct a new comms room, meeting room and tea point with an island feature.

Abbey Gardens is a multi-tenanted building split over various floors within three different blocks. Working with careful consideration and planning, the project was carried out within dedicated time slots so as not to disrupt the building occupants.

The project had various design and build elements allowing us to work closely with the client to add the best value where possible.
