Parkeray proudly supported Atrium Underwriter’s relocation to 8 Bishopsgate with the Cat B fit out of their new headquarters.

The scope of work included providing a variety of contemporary, flexible spaces to support agile working across one floor. Areas include open-plan office areas, executive offices, cellular pods, and meeting spaces featuring a main boardroom, auditorium, reception, and business lounge.

The reception space and lounge adjoin a staff coffee bar area, with Hunter Douglas raft ceilings and drop lighting, which cleverly conceals a fully functional kitchen facility.

Clay curved walls, tinted glass partitions, bespoke joinery and biophilia throughout provide a modern, sophisticated working environment for all to enjoy.
