Large scale Cat A fit out of three floors for including external works and subsequent Cat B project.

This project involved the Cat A fit out of office areas from the ground to the third floor including common areas and the main service installations to the building. We remodelled the existing reception and within the Atrium itself, a café was created.

During the project, the ground and first floors were leased to PricewaterhouseCoopers and we completed proceeded to complete their cat B fit requirements all within the original programme period.
