27,800 sq ft Design and Build Cat A&B fit out on Level 30 of London’s iconic 20 Fenchurch Street.

Following the complete strip out of the existing finishes, we created a new, clean, modern space for Baker Botts LLP, which includes single and double-occupancy offices, meeting rooms, conference rooms, and a large multi-purpose area with its own independent AV system. The front-of-house area is home to a large spacious reception and café facility.

We also installed large quantities of joinery throughout the space with bespoke finishes requiring careful coordination with partitions, ceiling, and glazing due to the complex curved features and many of the meeting rooms feature fabric panelled ceilings to enhance the acoustic performance.
