Threadneedle Property Investments | Building B Abbey View

The project consisted the Cat A fit out to the basement to third floors including the external landscaping works and the underground car park area and also alterations to the 3rd floor external area forming a new roof infill to create additional office space.

Strip out of the existing entrance canopy and installation of a new glazed entrance ’box’ and revolving door and installation of 2 new lifts to the existing lift shafts, new M&E services including rooftop plant and services throughout the building via the internal risers.

Complete fit out of the male, female and disabled toilets on all the floors to create superloos.
