Our team carried out a 20,000 sq ft Cat A and Cat B fit out for media and advertising agency Clear Channel UK, to provide high-end office space for their new international HQ on the corner of Golden Square, London.
We completed a total of nine levels including the roof where we converted the existing lift motor room into a new acoustically sound plant room, which serves all the floors below.
The ground floor offers an open plan space with a bespoke reception desk flowing into a high bench seating area and touchdown space for visitors. A large boardroom and island tea point comprise glass fridges, a coffee machine and water facilities to serve all clients. Further client-facing areas to the basement, known as the ‘Playground’ incorporates a large media wall along with bench seating for staff to socialise and a smaller meeting room pod for privacy, where Clear Channel showcases its fantastic inventory.
Levels 1 to 6 are the main office floors each feature their own set of male and female toilets installed to a high spec, along with a bespoke tea point and double glazed meeting rooms – individually coloured in keeping with Clear Channel’s branding.
