20,000 sq ft Cat B office fit-out and refurbishment to 6 different levels including works to the basement area.

We carried out a light modification to the ground floor reception along with Cat B fit-out works to levels 1 to 4 including boardrooms, social space, open plan office areas, small meeting rooms and quiet rooms. There were a large number of bespoke features including timber effect ceiling, curved lighting track, joinery media units and seating booths.

Many elements of the project required close collaboration with members of the design team and our supply chain including mechanical, electrical and joinery trades to develop the design and produce a finished quality product for our client.
