This refurbishment project over 3 floors followed the original strip out contract undertaken by Parkeray and included the formation of a lecture theatre, teaching and seminar rooms, social areas, offices and circulation spaces. The services alterations included a new comms room, repairs and replacement of the mechanical and electrical infrastructure and an extensive audio visual installation.
