The project was carried out from Cat A to Cat B across 13,500 sq ft to create a number of meeting rooms, staff café, boardroom, reception and individual office spaces.

A full validation of the Cat A fit out was carried out, and then along with the reconfiguration of the AC services, additional AC services were installed in the comms room.

Unique design features include the boardroom complete with a skyfold partitioning system and the only folding glass ‘Privilite’ wall in Europe, which opens into the reception area to create entertainment space, along with a bespoke 4m long desk that moves on castors.

We delivered this project within a fully occupied building that is renowned for its complex access regime and strict noise restrictions. Working together with all neighbouring tenants, we held dedicated project meetings and completed the scheme to a tight 10-week programme.
