Revamping the arrival experience at King’s Place

Our team refurbished King’s Place for Deka Immobilien Investment, enhancing the 4th and 6th floors, revamping the arrival experience, and creating end-of-trip (EOT) facilities. The cultural hub in King’s Cross now features new entrance steps, signage, a modern reception area, and improved ticket hall acoustics. The basement hosts state-of-the-art EOT amenities, including gender-neutral and DDA-compliant facilities, a locker room, and a multi-use studio. To maintain tenant operations, we employed meticulous planning, flexibility, and off-peak work hours, completing the project within 26 weeks.
