The Parkeray Lite team created a new UK HQ for International software company, Duck Creek Technologies

Taking 4,000 sq ft of existing Cat A space our team transformed it into a stylish working environment with meeting rooms, open plan office area with a spacious boardroom, tea point, print station, seminar area featuring tiered seating. At high level the ceiling includes different shaped acoustic ceiling baffles along with feature lighting.

The new offices were created with full height glass fronted partitions featuring bespoke manifestation. A variety of floor finishes were used including vinyl tiles to reception and kitchen areas plus carpeting to the main office areas. Specialist writeable wall paint was used to create an IDEAS wall. The services works included a new server room and AV installation.

With both the client and their architect based in the US we had to ensure their time in the UK for meetings was fully utilised. All samples and queries, with solutions were ready to maximise productivity.
