Cat B fit out over four floors

This project comprised the fit out of four floors within the new office building, EdCity. The 30,000 sq ft scheme included constructing a bright, airy coworking reception area and café, modern open-plan offices, meeting rooms, and state-of-the-art event facilities.

A custom-designed staircase, which required structural modifications, connects new areas on the ground and first floors. The fit-out also included bespoke joinery (booth seating, acoustic timber panelling, and tea points) and integrating new FCUs, MVHR units, and data/power connections, while reusing existing Cat A services. The project was delivered by sectional completion over a 20-week timeframe.
