Cat B office transformation

Our team partnered with Generation Edge to deliver the complete design and fit-out of our client’s London office. We created bright, contemporary workspaces comprising executive offices, meeting rooms, breakout areas, and a comms room. Working in a high-risk building, we maintained detailed records and worked closely with building control to ensure all construction works met the required standards, to enable the Gateway 3 application. We also took great care to minimise disruption to the building’s residential tenants throughout the project. A collaborative approach from an early stage, including site validations and surveys, ensured the design and fit-out reached its full potential.
