Cutting-edge social spaces

To support our client’s evolving workspace needs, we delivered social spaces across two floors of their existing building. Level 4 Transformation: We converted the former facilities management office and tea point into a contemporary social hub. The design features a sophisticated barista bar with integrated bulkhead storage, complemented by a custom-designed concierge desk, enhancing the employee experience. Level 5 Upgrade: We removed the existing canteen and kitchen to create adaptable, multi-functional rooms. These rooms are equipped with folding walls and a state-of-the-art AV system and are supported by an open-plan breakout area that includes a kitchenette, an island bar, and ample storage. Following this success, we were awarded further fit out work on Level 7, reinforcing our client partnership.
