Parkeray successfully delivered this landmark sustainable fit-out on behalf of Grant Thornton UK at 8 Finsbury Circus—transforming 100,000 sq ft across seven floors into a future-ready workplace. The project redefined what’s possible in sustainable office design and fit out through a bold reuse-first strategy, collaborative delivery, and a commitment to environmental and social impact.

Key Sustainability Achievements:

• 79% reduction in embodied carbon
• 82.7% of furniture reused, saving 38% in related emissions
• 100% reuse of raised access flooring
• 2,300+ furniture items donated to 10 local schools
• 70% of suppliers were SMEs or diverse-owned businesses
