Greystar

Parkeray completed the fit out scheme on behalf of US firm Greystar. Known for providing world-class accommodation for overseas students, we completed the high-level refurbishment of its Kings Cross Centre while the building remained operational throughout the project programme.

The 16-week project involved the fit out of different areas over three floors including a new ground floor reception, café and quiet study area, gym and a dance studio on the third floor.  Our work also included the design and construction of bespoke joinery, tea points, wall panelling and metalwork. The buildings existing services were reconfigured to suit the new layout, and structural elements involved a slab infill to the mezzanine floor and the construction of a new steel staircase.

The fit out incorporated a new design scheme provided by Tigg Coll Architects, which, similar to all Chapter sites, have a unique look and feel with a distinctive personality and character.
