This 10,000 sq ft fit out to the first floor of a commercial unit was to provide TV studios and technical areas for ITV.  The project included sound and production control rooms, editing suites and a voice over booth, central apparatus room and technical store. It also included the provision of dressing rooms, a news desk and general office areas, with kitchen and seating
