Parkeray completed this Design and Build Cat B fit out on behalf of patent and trademark attorneys Kilburn & Strode.

Partnering with EDGE Architects, we delivered this striking contemporary office design over 14 weeks. The workspace includes a mixture of open plan and cellular office accommodation, new ceiling and floor finishes and modifications to the existing services.

The 20,000 sq ft space features a large open plan welcome space which includes a lounge area and staff kitchen, tea points, meeting rooms and quiet study booths for private working. A new AV system was also installed to the reception hub and seating booths.

The result is a modern and sophisticated office environment that not only meets the expectations of its occupants and clientele but provides a functional workspace.
