NBCUniversal | Central St Giles
Our team completed the 25,000 sq ft fit out of the top floor at Central St Giles to provide stunning new offices for NBCUniversal International. The project comprised the fit out of cellular, and open plan office space, seminar and presentation areas, a café and tea point and two new comms rooms.
Our works included the construction of glazed partitions, feature joinery installations, new floor finishes and the reuse of a previously constructed suspended ceiling system.
Feature areas on the floor include a stunning Town Hall and Café area which included specialist joinery, exposed soffits, feature ceilings, and lighting.
Working on the top floor of a fully occupied building required continuous dialogue throughout the project so not to disturb the building’s occupants. We tailored our works around them without it affecting the project’s programme.
