Bring flexible office space to the market

We delivered a speculative fit-out on a Design and Build basis to the first floor of Building 3 to enhance its flexible office space offering to the market. Our team constructed a welcoming reception area, meeting rooms with bi-folding doors, a tea point, and open-plan spaces while upgrading the existing toilets to a modern specification. Complementary furniture items and finishes, such as ‘brick slick’ walls, match the building’s vibrant exterior, adding personality to the space. We also improved the entrance stairwell and the structural design of the meeting rooms to take full advantage of the high ceilings.
