70,000 sq ft fit out of 3 floors completed from shell and core at Park House

Completed in an occupied building the work included all new MEP services including condensers at roof level, new raised floor, glazed partitions and ceilings to create open plan office space and a variety of meeting rooms.

Bespoke seating and lighting create number of unique working areas along with a new specially constructed reception desk in the main entrance. New tea points feature throughout the floors to compliment the design.

A striking three storey fabric lined word wall was installed through the middle of the existing internal staircase linking the floors.
