Welcome to Parkeray HQ

2019 BCO Award Winner: Projects Up To 1,500M2

Parkeray HQ features a range of working areas for work, play and relaxation – all of which promote flexibility, with a choice of settings and ‘homely’ features.

The fit out was delivered by our team to a programme of 10 weeks and included the construction of a reception area and lounge, library, meeting rooms, a kitchen and breakout area, in addition to general office space and facilities.

Our reception space is open, warm and friendly and includes a bespoke copper and concrete desk along with a mesh partition wall, which provides a glimpse across the open floor. Booth seating offers quick and accessible meeting space, but Club Parkeray is where all of the action happens. Centrally located, it’s a meeting point, lunch spot and working area for staff and guests alike.

The library offers enviable views of the City with cosy seating and a fireplace. It sits between a suite of meeting rooms – all constructed using steel framed glazed partitioning. Each meeting room has a unique feel, with wallpapered walls, rugs, furniture and connected lighting.

The main office space is represented by 71 workstations which support agile and collaborative working, with a mini lounge dispersed in between.

Wellness played an important role in the design and fit out of the space. Planting, filtrated water dispensing systems to both kitchen and tea points, in addition to air purification attributes to staff wellbeing and our aspirations of meeting the WELL Building Standard. This scheme also won a BCO Award under the Projects Up To 1,500M2 category in 2019.
