Our team worked closely with Edge Architecture & Design and MHBC to implement a minimalist and contemporary design scheme across five floors within Derwent’s Turnmill building for Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG).

The project comprised the provision of modern open plan office space, meeting rooms, reception and breakout areas. An extensive joinery package features throughout with complementary furniture – providing SMG with an environment that’s conducive to collaborative working. Open space on the fifth floor showcases a large expanse of timber and ceramic flooring and includes a bar made from Corian for staff to socialise and relax.

Mechanical and electrical works involved under floor ductwork and fan tile installations with new electric power, lighting and plumbing.

The project was delivered to a programme of 18 weeks to support SMG’s relocation from their former premises on Whitfield Street.
