Following Red Bull’s need to relocate from Sutton Row to a new office at The Terrace, 155-171 Tooley Street due to a compulsory purchase by Crossrail, Parkeray was awarded the contract to complete this 23,500 sq ft strip out and refurbishment project over 3 buildings in 2 phases.

Phase 1 involved the strip out of number 155 prior to the formation of structural openings between all buildings ,followed by the installation of link bridges and penetrations through the existing slab of 155 on all 3 levels to facilitate installation of a new feature staircase.

Phase 2 was a Cat B fit out which included open plan office areas, meeting rooms, a new comms room, reception, kitchen and break out spaces and exhibition areas. New services were installed throughout including mechanical, electrical; audio visual, data, fire and security alarms.
