87,000 sq ft fit out of Building 2, Cambridge Science Park to support Roku’s expansion and future needs.

Parkeray Regions delivered the fit out of the iconic, four-storey building to accommodate Roku’s growing workforce and to provide specialist lab facilities to enable the testing of products.

Our team took three floors of Cat A space and created a new flexible working environment that features open plan office space, conference rooms, laboratories, and a café/restaurant with a servery area. A new goods lift was fitted along with new gender-neutral toilet facilities on each floor. Exposed services feature throughout the space along with many bespoke elements including reception and restaurant joinery. We also installed US power throughout the building along with COAX cabling to each workstation.
