Each of the 3 levels was fitted out to cat A standard including exposed services and new raised access floor ready for letting. Our works also included the large roof terrace refurbishment. This included new bifold doors and double doors and timber decking with new planters, bar, canopy and handrail to the perimeter.
The new reception area included new entrance doors, reception desk, ceilings, micro screed floor, GRG ‘rope effect’ walls and blackened steel lift wall surrounds. A rope wall including structural steel supports to the ground floor atrium and new furniture to the atrium breakout space.
