PROJECT
13 Melton Street, Euston, London NW1
CLIENT
The Senator Group
ARCHITECT
Resonate Interiors
VALUE
£99,000
Situated opposite Euston station, the Senator showroom houses five floors of impressive displays and award-winning products. Each floor has its own unique purpose within the showroom, from relaxing on the ground floor to spaces where customers can interact with the products and create trial areas.
The project comprised the general refurbishment of all open plan floors including new lighting, decorations, floor finishes and bespoke joinery to the 2nd floor, ground floors and main reception entrance. These incorporated new graphics and manifestations where required.
The biggest challenge was ensuring business continuity. Senator required their showrooms to be open, functioning and presentable throughout the duration of the works. The team on site worked closely with the client, to understand the different daily requirements, which ensured disruption to business continuity was kept to a minimum.
